Membro sénior do Hamas confirmou que "a maior parte" dos reféns a libertar "são estrangeiros".
O movimento islamita Hamas anunciou esta quarta-feira que as tréguas de quatro dias acordadas com Israel em troca da libertação de 50 reféns entrarão em vigor às 10h00 locais de quinta-feira (08h00 em Lisboa).
"A trégua na Faixa de Gaza começará às 10h00 de amanhã [quinta-feira]", declarou Musa Abou Marzouk, membro sénior da ala política do Hamas, à cadeia de televisão Al Jazeera do Qatar.
Marzouk adiantou que o Hamas "está preparado para um cessar-fogo global e para uma troca de prisioneiros", antes de indicar que "a maior parte" dos reféns feitos durante os ataques de 7 de outubro a libertar "são estrangeiros", sem dar mais pormenores.
