O cartão continua a ter de ser usado na compra, mas o registo no programa foi simplificado.
A dois dias do arranque da nova fase do IVAucher, o processo foi simplificado para os consumidores poderem beneficiar do saldo acumulado entre junho e agosto, sempre que pagaram despesas nos setores da restauração, alojamento e cultura.
Para beneficiar do programa, os consumidores têm de se inscrever na plataforma, indicando o nome, número de telemóvel, endereço de email e número de contribuinte.
Segundo fonte do Ministério das Finanças contactada pela Renascença, vai ser justamente a partir do NIF (número de contribuinte) que os bancos vão fazer o cruzamento de dados com o terminal ATM onde o consumidor pagou a despesa.
Só usando um cartão bancário podem receber até 50% do valor gasto, desde que seja num dos três setores abrangidos por este programa.
Os dados mais recentes do Ministério das Finanças dão conta do registo de 396.500 consumidores e de 2.400 grupos comerciais, que correspondem a 7.300 terminais de pagamento.
