Há cada vez mais doentes com gripe nos cuidados intensivos

Já representam 17% dos internamentos, avança a DGS.
Estão a aumentar os doentes com gripe em unidades de cuidados intensivos.
De acordo com o último relatório da Direção-Geral da Saúde, já representam 17% dos internamentos, um valor muito acima do registado em anos anteriores, apesar de estarem a diminuir os episódios de urgência hospitalar por infeções respiratórias agudas e gripe, bem como os casos com necessidade de internamento.
O mesmo relatório indica que se mantém um excesso de mortalidade por todas as causas, acima de 45 anos. A mortalidade por COVID-19 também está a subir.
Tendo em conta as temperaturas baixas, a DGS aconselha a disponibilização de abrigos temporários climatizados para a população sem abrigo.
